Returns Policy 

At Andro Nugenics, we accept returns on supplements that are unopened, unused, and in their original resealable packaging within 14 days of the order date. 

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase 
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and have the seal fully intact 
  • The return package must include your order number inside 

Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted. 

How to Return an Item

Before sending any items back, please contact us at info@andro-nugenics.com to request return instructions and the appropriate return address. 

Please note: 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels 
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for: 

  • The original product value 
  • The original outbound postage cost 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 Returns received without an order number included inside the package cannot be processed, as we will be unable to identify the order.
